Never received winnings

At the end of September 2024 I had made deposits into the casino and won over $4,500. I uploaded all the verification required and requested through their portal and email; I waited way over policy times and dates only to be sent emails saying my money is on the way and approved but I never received the money. I attempted to log back in to reach to someone just to find that the system won’t let me log back in nor sign back up because their system still says I have an account. In America this would be Unlawful and Unfair to clients. I just want the money that I won fairly. They have enough of my information to ruin my life and rob me of everything. I have sent out emails and never got a response please help me. I have proof of emails and approval I am now two months without my winnings.
