I cannot get them to send me a check for the 1665.00 they owe me. They keep saying my bank won’t accept their checks which is a lie. My husband plays too and he won and they sent him a check. I need to be paid! Please get them to send me a check ASAP. I’ve been waiting on this for over 2 months now.

Hi Judy--

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

Unfortunately, processing has become increasingly difficult over the past few months. Currently, our check processor has not been able to issue checks for nearly a month. I know you're banking with a credit union and as such, even if we could issue a check, it would not clear your account. Further, we would not be able to issue a wire to a credit union.

In order to issue a wire, it would need to be sent to a larger bank (not a credit union and not a bank using intermediaries). I've just sent you an email regarding this, with some recommendations on banks which we have no difficulties with.
