Need help with collecting my funds


After I did a withdrawal of $2000.00 US dollars in May of this year via bitcoin I sent in all of my documents that was asked of me. It took a month to get the documents verified. Then I received a email from from the financial department stating that I couldn’t do a withdrawal via bitcoin and suggested that I do a wire transfer. So I sent in all my banking information to do the wire transfer. I received another conformation email that the received all my information and that it would take 10 to 15 days to come to my bank account this was in July. I have not received my funds yet every 3 days the 2000 dollars goes back to the playing area so I keep resubmitting. I have no resubmitted a withdrawal request via wire transfer 5 times now please help me to get this issue resolved.

As promised, your payment was sent off the day after my last reply: 8/14 Paid $1980 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #76945347. I would expect this should be reflected in your bank account by now. ;-)
