My - payout request not being processed

I requested a payout on May 16,2022. On May 18,2022 the payout was declined without explanation. I requested the payout again on 5/18/22. I have inquired about this thru the casino chat multiple times and the payout has still not been approved. Today makes 16 days since my 2nd request and 18 days since my 1st valid request.
I would appreciate your assistance as it is my understanding that the request should have been approved within 7 days. The request amount was
$1500 and all required documentation has previously been submitted.

When this complaint first came in, it was marked by AskGamblers as rejected, so I didn't look into the issue. I just saw that the issue was re-opened, so I'll check into this first thing in the morning and come back to you. I'm so sorry for the goof-up with this.
