I was told that my payout was initiated on 11/12 it’s been over a month now.
The reps continue to copy and paste telling me to wait 7-10 business days. It’s well over that.
They also say that they have no control and no way to contact the service provider once the payment has been initiated.
Please pay me the 2480.00 that I won back in Sept/Oct
It’s been so long since I’ve been more than patient.

I sincerely apologize for the delays with this. It appears that there was an error on our end when we prepared the information for our processor--I'm not certain how this wasn't caught.
The good news is that our processor confirmed that your wire was completed on the 16th, so I would expect you've found the funds in your account by now.
