Long delayed payment of $2,000

Hello, I made a request to withdraw my prize 2000$ on April 17, 2019 and I sent my documents for the withdrawal the same day. I phoned you, talked with agents to ask when I was going to have my earnings. And today, April 29, 2019 I was chatting with an agent to ask what was happening with my withdrawal of my earnings and suddenly I am told that I canceled my withdrawal and I have to wait for the withdrawal period again what I is never done to cancel my withdrawal, I was on my cell so it was impossible for me to cancel my withdrawal request at the same time I was chatting. So, my request is what should I do to be able to access my earnings?

Please help me I am disappointed by what I experienced as a situation facing my retrain and my earnings.
