I have done everything they have asked of me, still no withdrawal


I was approved for my Bitcoin withdrawal on August 11 th.. that’s 10 days after I submitted my withdrawal request mind you….since then I have not gotten one cent!!

They keep having me send pic of my ID and I’ve done it literally 9 times now.

They put the money back in my player account it’s 242.07 and it’s like they want me to play with it so they don’t have to pay me it’s crazy!

They keep sending me free spins but I’m the terms state if you use free spins while your withdrawal is pending they will deny your withdrawal. I have messages emails and screenshots to back up every word of my complaint! I have jumped through every single hoop!

If someone from slots of Vegas actually sees this message and they have any interest in keeping valuable customers, I highly suggest that you guys update your withdrawal process somehow…for it to take you guys over a month to send such a low amount of money is absolutely mind blowing, I would like to recommend that if possible you also make the whole process more transparent.

The amount of complaints you guys have all over the place is troublesome and hopefully you guys do something to make this whole process a little more efficient and customer friendly.

Ask gamblers, you guys are so awesome and I’m going to recommend this site to everyone I know in the gambling community!! Thank you soo much
