I can't use coin draw because no one will reply to my email about uploading my ID

I had a no deposit bonus, and extremely high paythrough. Once I completed, I could only withdrawl through coindrawl. I tired several times to upload my ID and finally it wouldn't let me try again, but I also have to deposit at least $10 even try to withdrawl money. So I went through bitcoin. It stated that processing time is a total of 5 days. Withdrawal is still "in process".

I tried talking to chat rep and he was absolutely no help. If the site states right by withdrawal method that it will take 5 days max, but takes longer like days, well that's false advertisement. I can't use coin draw because no one will reply to my email about uploading my ID.
