I have done online gambling for at least 15 years or more and I know that it takes some time to receive your winnings so this is not my first rodeo. In this case I won my jackpot on Oct 7th and now it is the 15th of December and I have done everything that they asked me to do in the regards to verification such as documents. As will be shown I have been approved for the first two withdrawals and still have not received a payment and overall it would be six payments of 2500 to complete my withdrawal requests and I am hoping that I do not have to do this for each one. I have contacted customer service many times and they keep saying that they will escalate my payment but still nothing happens.

Paid $2480 + $20.00 Service Fee for transaction #198988112 ($2,500.00)
Paid $1230 + $20.00 Service Fee for transaction #200469566 ($1,250.00)
I believe you should find the funds in your account for these wires, already.
Regarding your next payments...
As we're entering into the holidays, wire processing comes to a crawl. Due to international holidays (there are many), things typically move slowly. I always hate telling players this, but please be patient between now and the first of the new year.
We will be sending another payment on the 24th, but I cannot predict how quickly you will receive this.
Also, I will only be off beginning tomorrow, until January 2nd. Please know that while I won't be responding to emails or complaints during this time, you can count on me to look in on your account to ensure your next payment is sent off as promised.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been informed that Slots of Vegas Casino representative might not be able to respond to ongoing complaints in the next couple of days, therefore the time frame is being extended with another 96 hours.
I received my first one and a half payments ($4,000) of the total of 15,000,so I was contacted by slots of Vegas explaining that since it the holiday season that they have some payments going out on the 24th ,but cant promise anything.

I understand that it is the holiday season and things slow down,but I am hoping that by this upcoming week that Slots of Vegas will make good by paying me what is still owed to me.It has been an ordeal to get paid and it should not have to be this way to where you have to work at getting paid by these casinos,it is not fair at all.I am still waiting for the rest of my winnings (12,000)

1/6 Paid $2480 + $20.00 Service Fee for transaction #203627083 ($2,500.00)
Another wire was sent to our processor, Wednesday. With the holidays over, I do expect things will be a bit speedier and I'm guessing you'll have the funds in your account, early this coming week.

I received two more withdrawals for a total of $5,000 on 1/6/2025,so now I am waiting for four more withdrawls totaling $7,750.I am hoping that SOV will continue each week to get this paid off.
