Going against own payment rules
I submitted 3 withdrawal requests on 4/7. Slots of Vegas did not record until 4/14. Casino reps requested verification paperwork on 4/13 in turn I resent all paperwork again on 4/14. The first request for 750.00 was suppose to be an express payment. They have not yet honored that. For the dates 4/14 -4/17 , 4/23 4/24 I resent the same documents at least once a day. On 4/24 I requested my withdraw be turned into a check instead of wire. My reasoning is wire transfer max at 750.00 per casino reps and my request totaled 2000.65. That’s when I noticed the casino reps messed up on my address. They did not enter my apartment number. I resent the docs showing it was not my mistake. On 4/25 I contacted slits of Vegas again asking for status and casino rep max g said the request became active on 4/24 and he would not help me get this expedited. i mentioned to this rep the situation and he just kept saying this just started. Now slots of Vegas is not paying me what they owe me, which is 2000.65 but on their site they mention fast withdrawals, express payments. I am not getting anywhere with this site and now slots of Vegas states they no longer accepts customers from the state I live in. Some reps state they don’t accept US players. It use to say u s players accepted. Also conveniently casinos that use the same cashier as slots of Vegas does state they are no longer accepting people from the state I live in. I need help in getting my money. You are my last hope before a lawsuit will be considered.
