Slots of Vegas Casino - Frustrated with payment time frame

Hello!
Had some good luck with Slots of Vegas and requested a cashout via bitcoin of $800 on 8/2 and it was approved 8/14. Additionally I requested $2100 on 8/15 and it was approved on 8/21. I realize they have to be paid out one at a time but have been following up with customer service and as of today neither has been sent to the processor. I have had extremely long waits with slots of vegas in the past and was hoping the experience would be better this time however I'm worried it wont be. Was told today by customer service that they are extremely delayed due to high volume of requests but I've heard this before as well. Please help!

This complaint has been reopened as per Slots of Vegas Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
