Exceeding withdraw time frame

Howdy

I requested cashout of $2385 via bitcoin on 10/20. The withdraw request is pending and still not approved. Currently it has been escalated but we are passed the 7 day review period. I am hoping to get some help resolving this as I have had luck with AskGamblers helping me in the past.
