Yes, it happened again...Slots of Vegas, don't pay out my winning with a dummy excuse. I have redeemed the Free 100 on my 30 balance.....a nonsence excuse, the software rejected the redeem apply if I had more than 1 on my balance..the free 100 is added by hand by the support agent. After 2 days getting no response whatsoever on my apply for withdrawal..I got mail from Sarah Casino Slots of Vegas. Message: unfortunately my apply for withdrawal is declined and the winning is void...I got only 30 on my balance and my withdraw was 550, but I have deposit more then once! I have proof of it because I can't see it in my account history. When I mail them about it..they change my inquiries again. They are playing FAULT PLAY...the have changed my game history too...I hit the 4 Counts in a row and get payd 1798 at the 3rd spin. I can't find that game details anymore.
Come on Sarah, if you can proof in a fair way that I have redeem the FREE100 at the time that my balance was still 30, then you are a genieus. Because I have played many slots games and I got the signup bonus added by hand by the support agent .. How come that you only refund my first 30? You didn't know about the case at all do you..
