Denied withdrawal transactions more than three times
I requested withdrawal of $900 after I met all the requirement.
First time they denied because O didn’t do the verification which I did I showed them picture then they said for some reason is not loaded can you send it by email which I did. Send my license, credit card I used to play and bill then they ask me to do the withdrawal again which I did.
5 days later I get denied. I contacted the customer service by phone. I spent hours and no luck I used the chat she said she needs the case number which I did provide her then she said she loaded everything and I need to go again to do the withdrawal which I did.
5 days after they denied my transaction. I contacted with them again they said not sure why but now I can request the withdrawal.
I was so patient and I did it again and still get denied. They are doing everything they can to delay or not paying the money. I have all screenshots for my conversation with them when they said everything is good and I can do the withdrawal.
