Denied withdrawal transactions more than three times


I requested withdrawal of $900 after I met all the requirement.

First time they denied because O didn’t do the verification which I did I showed them picture then they said for some reason is not loaded can you send it by email which I did. Send my license, credit card I used to play and bill then they ask me to do the withdrawal again which I did.

5 days later I get denied. I contacted the customer service by phone. I spent hours and no luck I used the chat she said she needs the case number which I did provide her then she said she loaded everything and I need to go again to do the withdrawal which I did.

5 days after they denied my transaction. I contacted with them again they said not sure why but now I can request the withdrawal.

I was so patient and I did it again and still get denied. They are doing everything they can to delay or not paying the money. I have all screenshots for my conversation with them when they said everything is good and I can do the withdrawal.

I've reviewed your account and I see the only thing we need is your Bitcoin crypto address. I've attached my email address for you to use--please send your crypto addy directly to me. Also, you will need to request your withdrawal again, as the funds were placed back in your playing account while we were waiting on your crypto address. Don't worry--you won't have to go through any further pending time when you request the withdrawal. Once I receive your addy, I'll arrange for your withdrawal to be approved and paid without any delays.
