Hi. I requested a withdrawal $1000(bonus was taking out before) on 03/08/24 by wire transfer and to this date I have not received. They have my id's vs addresses,3 credit cards, all approved and valid by casino.They have bank info, account, routing, swift code, utility bill, residence card(front and back), car insurance, I even forgat what also i sent them. But every time I chat vs them, they need something extra. Casino just playing vs me don't want to pay up. Hoping you help me vs this issue.
