Delays with multiple payments

Hi, I have a few pending withdrawal requests. The oldest one is now thirty five or so days old. I've been told six times that the request has been "elevated", but nothing is being done. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. I've had similar issues with this site and you have been invaluable in resolving issues in the past.
