I requested a withdrawl since 24/05/20 and to date it has not been processed. I have contacted the casino numerous times and they keep saying i have not submitted my payment details and my case is being expodited. I understand these transactions can take time but it has not even been processed and is still pending.

I've reviewed your account and your withdrawal was accurately declined...
Your withdrawal is based upon your Weekly Insurance Bonus, which carries a 30x playthrough. Based upon your bonus amount, you would have needed to playthrough $1110--you've only played $115 up to this point.
Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses
3. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses including (but not restricted to) weekly & weekend coupons, comp points, Cashback bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses & comps etc., as well as the deposits made to redeem any aforementioned bonuses, must be wagered at least 30 times playthrough requirement for Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards and, Bingo; 60 times playthrough requirement for Table Games and Video Poker, before withdrawing.

I should point out that certain bonuses issued (i.e., Weekly Insurance, VIP Monthly Insurance) are done manually by our agents. Manual bonuses do not display the playthrough as other bonuses do. This is why you were able to request the withdrawal...it does not mean you had completed your playthrough.
The funds are still in your account and ready for you to continue playing--and hopefully reach the $1110 threshold.

Now I have gone into my account 2/07/2020 and they have delcined my withdrawl request after nearly 5 week. They said I have not met the playthrough, but it not possible to make a withdrawl until the playthrough is met.
