Delayed withdrawals and getting the runaround


I requested a withdrawal at the beginning of August for $725.00. I requested a second withdrawal a week later for $2000.00. I submitted verifications requested at the beginning of August and all was verified. When I checked the status of my request a week ago it asked me to once again verify which I did. I have contacted customer support via chat a minimum of 3 times regarding my withdrawals and have been told that it has been escalated.

It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my winnings as my requests are still pending.

Can you please assist me on this matter?

I apologize for the slow reply--I've been a bit under the weather and had to take some time off.

Unfortunately, check processing has been much slower than usual. I do expect to have tracking at some point this week. The moment I see it come through, I'll be back to update you.
