Delayed withdrawals and getting the runaround
I requested a withdrawal at the beginning of August for $725.00. I requested a second withdrawal a week later for $2000.00. I submitted verifications requested at the beginning of August and all was verified. When I checked the status of my request a week ago it asked me to once again verify which I did. I have contacted customer support via chat a minimum of 3 times regarding my withdrawals and have been told that it has been escalated.
It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my winnings as my requests are still pending.
Can you please assist me on this matter?
