Delayed processing of payments


I had requested a withdraw and due to only bring able to request 2500 at a time I had to request 2 separate payments. The first payment took forever to get approved. It was escalated and finally approved. Then it was sent to the payment processing on 4/10/19 after being escalated again for the handling time. I was told it was sent to payment processing 4/10 and that payment would be issued with 7-10 business days. It's now 4/28 and every time I follow up on it I'm told to be patient. I am trying to get my payment for 2500 and then to have the 2nd withdraw request for 2500 to be processed next
