Delayed payments from Feb 25th


On February 25 I made two withdrawals for $2500 each for a total of $5000. As of today they are both still pending.

I have tried several times to contact customer service. I finally got connected and asked them to escalate withdrawals. That was 5 days ago. Still nothing.

I have played at this casino for ten years and I know how it works but this is taking to long to get approved.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
