Delayed payments and no response

Trying to receive a final withdrawal. I did receive the # this time right way but again no response after, and now I can't log onto the site or anything. Haven't seen this before. The # this 9946206. For 2000. Was just going to wait for this one out but now I can't log in. I've been on site for over yr now sent an email about that as well but I haven't heard anything back.

Thank you AskGamblers
