Delayed payment VIP level 3 numerous escalations

Hello

I won $2500 on Slots of Vegas and requested withdrawal on 2/27/2023 , I was told it would be 7 business days before this would be approved by my VIP host Jordan and another later prior to that. Jordan confirmed approval on March 9th. My transaction shows approved, and when I called Bruce stated it was approved.

I was then told after approval it would be another 7-10 business days to receive my funds.

This is via bitcoin, I’ve never had to wait this long for bitcoin.

Today is Friday, business day 12 and I’ve called numerous times as well as chat with different people and have been told it’s being escalated. I have screenshots. My host Jordan told me on 03/16 that he escalated this for the 2nd time . When I asked about it Wednesday night they removed my VIP status , Ronald told me I was no longer VIP when I mentioned I’m a loyal vip member. Oddly it has been added back today .They said their automated system does take that status away. I found that odd because I’ve added well over $XXXX since I’ve been waiting on my funds.

Please how can I get my $2500? My VIP host has not responded to any of my messages since last Thursday. A new VIP host named Raine said she would follow up on the issue but no one can give me a solid answer.

I have the conversations and it’s becoming a headache at this point. I’ve been extremely patient.

Received funds this morning. Today marks a month since I won the money. No reason processing should take that long . I also asked that they deactivate my account today!
