Delayed payment, unauthorized changes


On 4/2/19 I won 10,000 dollars. I requested 4 withdrawals of 2,500 each. After waiting a month and a half I chatted online with a rep and they said they would escalate them. The next day one withdrawal was changed to 1,125. I asked about it they said it was due to the bank or something about limitations. About a week later I asked about an update and they said the same stuff as last time. Checked the next day and another withdrawal request was dropped 1,250. They have all required documents from me. If they are not going to pay you what you win then what is the point in playing.

I've checked on your previous wire and I see it was confirmed as completed on the 14th--I would expect you've received the funds by now. Can you please confirm?

Also, as promised, your final payment was sent to our processor, Wednesday: 7/17 Paid $2375 + No Service Fee for transactions #95206649 ($1125) & #95206662 ($1250). I would guess the funds will reach your account towards the end of this coming week.

So what happened to transaction # 94403806. You replied on 7/10 that it was put through the processor on 7/4. Still waiting.
