Delayed payment on 4 approved withdrawals over the due date laid out
The attached file will show exactly what my complaint is about. The Casino said in a chat to me, which I saved, how much they are supposed to pay me. Also shown are the dates that they were approved, and proof that it’s been beyond the 10 business days for the first two approved withdrawals. I have been on the phone with these people, they have called me, I have chatted with them every week; almost every day these past two weeks. I had a similar problem with the same company, through a different casino name. It’s been one excuse after another to delay payment! I was even told that I was a VIP with slots of Vegas, I have had a representative call me every week from the casino. I have been assured that I would get all my winnings before Christmas time by my personal representative. I just keep getting phone calls from these people and they still don’t want to pay!
