Delayed payment & no payment


I have been waiting for over 2 months for my 1st payment from Slots of Vegas. My withdrawal, one for 2,500 was finally manager approved on 01/11/2021 for wire transfer, which I have still not received. The other 1,500 sitting waiting for approval. My withdrawal request was submitted on 11/25/2020 for both of these. I have kept in very close contact with casino and spent over a month opening various bank accounts because they refused to tell me what banks they worked with only that no 3rd party banks would be acceptable. After multiple submissions and waiting 3 days for a vague answer only to start process over and over again I'm not surprised to have not received payment within the specified time period of 7 to 10 business days. Two month's seems awfully long to wait for payment considering all my submitted documents had been approved well over a month ago. I have read multiple complaints regarding slow payment from this casino and that they only received their winnings after filing a complaint with you. I'm hoping this can be resolved so that I can collect my much needed winnings. Thank You
