Delayed payment again and still waiting


I placed an withdrawal request on July 29th 2022. As always, after placing my withdrawal request, the automatic message states, I should receive an update within 5 days. Its been 2 weeks and no update.


I contacted support this morning to check the status of my withdrawal request and was told, it's approved but still pending to be sent to my bitcoin account. It never has taking this long to receive my funds when using bitcoin. I'm somewhat upset because I am loyal customer. I always play at slots of vegas but can never receive my payouts on time. I feel as a loyal customer I should be treated better.


The amount of my withdrawal request was placed on July 29th in the amount of 500 dollars.
