Delayed in bank wired details verifications and processing of payout
Submitted my request for withdrawal and account verifications, took two for them to verify my account with me snd my personal documents to the support team more than once as ther was also a confusion and misunderstanding with my request. I am currently still waiting for my withdrawl to be paid out to me. I have been onto to them every couple of days to know whats the upadte with my bank wired details, yet they said in still pending for processing, However i have been waiting since the 17th of November and they still asking me to wait and check back a few days. When i do check back they say some information is missing which is impossible because i have been sending numerous emails with attachments of my bank details and documents to the payout team. A lady named Anne White keeps emailing me back asking me to confirm that my bank receives and accepts USD! Also ridiculous because i have confirmed it with them so many times and they keep delaying my process for payout! Almost seems like they don't want to send the money which i have won.
Furthermore, i am still waiting and its been two days and i have not receive any confirmations or communications with the finance and payout support team nor the customer service. I am disappointed as it was my winnings and they are making excuses in delaying my funds to be paid to me.
