Delayed express payment

On October 28, 2019 I requested a withdrawal of my funds in the amount of $750 from Slots of Vegas. Their reference #4718277. Also contacted their customer service (Connie T) several times via email; I received a confirmation email that they received my request on October 28, 2019. I sent them all the requested documentation and information twice. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to reverse the process, they had no problem taking my money from my account within minutes.
