Delayed & denied payments
I've completed all documents asked with this casino and made numerous attempts at resolving issues with the casinos online help chat and re-sent documents when told they didn't receive and still haven't had any resolve. They keep telling me 24 hrs ECT. 48hrs ECT I'll be contacted I first tried to withdraw &1000 on the second. They denied saying they didn't receive my utility bill (proof of address) when I'd sent it twice, I sent it a third. I now have two payments pending of $800 and &1200. Will I ever receive this?
