Delayed Bitcoin Withdrawal at Slots of Vegas

I won $500 and requested a bitcoin withdrawal of all $500 on May 21, 2021 and submitted my verification documents at the same time. I did not use a bonus but I am from the USA. I received an email back confirming that I am verified and to wait 3-5 business days for the payout team to approve and process. A week later my withdrawal was denied. I was not notified until I logged on to chat with customer service about why I was still waiting and hadn't heard from anyone. I was told that I had not replied to the document team's email asking for my bitcoin wallet address. I screenshotted and showed them the email chain where I did respond. They told me to re-request my withdrawal, so I did. I got email confirmation that it was received. I am STILL waiting for my payout. I ask customer service daily what is going on and they just tell me to "wait 3-5 business days" or "wait 7-10 business days". If other casinos can process bitcoin withdrawals in under 24 hours there is no reason why this casino needs to take so long. Please can you let me know if they are even going to pay me?
