I keep getting the run around from slots of vegas casino. All of my documents have been verified since Jan. I have also updated my information multiple times in the past few weeks as requested. I sent in my withdrawal requests and waited over 2 weeks without hearing anything. After multiple inquiries I was finally told i needed to send my bitcoin wallet code to the payouts email. I did so on the 12th of March. It is now the 24th which is over their 10 day timeline per their terms. The amounts of my withdrawals keep getting returned to my account balance instead of being deposited into my bitcoin wallet. Their support cannot answer why that is happening and now they just end the chat when i question them about my withdrawal and i am no longer getting any response from their email support or payout email. I have copies of multiple emails and transcripts of live chat exchanges if you need them. Please help me get this sorted out.
