Delayed approval and payout 2500

My withdrawal was made on 3/17/2024 for $2500. After checking several times, I had to send in a chat on 3/30 to get the approval escalated. I was told that my approval and withdrawal would be escalated due to the delay with my approval. On 3/30 it was approved. I checked back on 4/6 for the status of the escalation and was informed I had to wait 7-10 business days for my withdrawal even though the delay was on their part. As of today, I still have not received my withdrawal and it is past the 7-10 business days. I sent a chat to inquire they want to “escalate “ the request but, cannot tell me when I will receive my withdrawal. I am asking to be sent my $2500 without any more delays as I have met the terms and have been patient.
