Delayed and Modified Withdrawal

I have been waiting since late January to have my withdrawals approved. I have escalated twice via chat and have sent 2 emails also. I had a total of 12,500 worth of withdrawals. Last week one of the managers changed the amount and date of my oldest withdrawal. The subtracted 1900.00, changed it from Bitcoin to a check for 599.00 still with no approvals. No way did I receive 1900 bonus! Please help!

Go ahead and close this please. I got paid most of my money. It may be that I the comp points made a difference, but I don't think so. At this point it isn't worth pursuing any further. Thanks for the help in getting me paid!
