Delayed and incorrect payments

I won a super jackpot of just over $19,000 on Fortunate Buddha in October of 2024. I requested my first wire transfer on 10/18/24 of $2,500. I finally received that withdrawal on 12/11/24 of $2,460 - $15 wire fee. On 12/12/24 I made five more withdrawal requests of $2,500 and one request of $1,500 for a grand total of $16,500. After many e-mails to their help desk I received $1,210 - $15 wire fee on 1/28/25, $1,460 - $15 wire fee on 2/10/25 and $1,210 - $15 wire fee on 3/13/25.

It has now been six months since I won the money and I have only received $6,400. I am still waiting for over $10,000 and with every e-mail I send them they just assign a new case number and I never hear anything back.
