Hello - I requested the following withdraws for a total of $7,500
4/17 - $2500
4/17 - $2500
4/17 - $2500

I initially asked for Wire Transfer. After waiting a week and nothing, I inquired via chat and was told they needed 3 months of bank statements. I sent those in. Waited 3 days, checked in again and was told I needed a updated ID and proof of address. I was never contacted saying that any of this was needed.

Two days later I received an email that said they couldn’t wire to my bank. I’ve received wire payments there before from casinos related to Slots of Vegas, but ok. I give them my BTC address. They tell me it will be updated and processed.

A few days I chatted again and was told it was escalated. Waited2 days, checked again, was told it was escalated again and they updated my BTC address again. Still haven’t got any info from chat as to when this will be processed.
