Casino Refuses to Payout Without Explanation

On February 16,2022, I deposited $100 to Slots of Vegas. After the playthrough, as per the terms and conditions of Slots of Vegas Casino, my withdrawable total balance amount was $20,081.10. I received 2 payments of $2,500 from SOV. After the 2 payments, I was informed on a chat with an agent that my account was revoked and that I would not receive the rest of my winnings. I still have not yet received an explanation on why my account was closed.

Since winning, I have not again played on SOV or any other online casino. I have attached screenshots of my deposit, winnings, withdrawals, and every chat conversation I have had with SOV online agents. Also provided in the attached files will show proof of my complaints and the unprofessional feedback I received.

I have read and understood the SOV terms and conditions. I have not violated any of them. As stated in conversations in the screenshots, SOV will confirm that as well.

I am seeking relief in this matter. I am entitled to receive the money I won.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Slots of Vegas Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

They have more then enough of my information that they could of made the dispute themselves cause I did not dispute my deposit. Not saying they did but it makes more since . Especially how they gave me the run around for the payments I did receive. Why would I dispute after I finally started to be paid. I believe they tried to find anything to disqualify me and couldn't. Time will show as soon my bank opens . That account hasn't been active in months .

That is untrue. I never disputed a charge back. In fact the account I used to deposit has been inactive for months now. I did however file 2 complaints one with slots of vegas support and after no response i filed this complaint. What you are claiming isn't even logical. I did not file a dispute for charge back and never received any notices stating different. I am in the process of retrieving banks statements to prove what I'm saying. Why would I dispute with my bank after winning and receiving 2 payments? Like I said that's not even logical to file a dispute from a February transaction. I played honestly and followed every rule. I won that money fair and square and would not do anything to jeopardize being disqualified. I was reassured daily that I would receive my winnings. I believe this company to be fraudulent in its operations. It closed my account without notice and never responded to any of the emails I sent asking for an explanation. This is the 1st I have heard from them and as to why my money was stolen and my account closed. Slots of vegas has proven to be dishonest, unloyal, and unfair. The customer service is by far the worst, that is when it's available. So please look this over again because I assure u I didn't dispute with my bank and never received anything reflecting otherwise. The fact that my account is closed and the amount of money I'm owed was takin because of a false allegation like the one they came up with is obsurd. I don't think anyone in their right mind would dispute $100 when owed close $16,000 . Another reason I believe this company to be fraudulent is when I made a deposit with them my statement reflects the deposit I made went to PLENTY GAINZ . Not sure what's that's about. The facts are I'm owed and I will continue to take every measure I can until I'm paid . To shut my account down and cut off all communications with an honest loyal customer Shows exactly how corrupt this company is. Once my balance became withdrawable it became my money. I do believe slots of vegas fraudulently looked for anyway to get out of paying me . The statement made in their response about being more then fair leads me to believe this company feels I should be satisfied with what money I did receive because its more then what I put in . Well im not and thats not how gambling works. I'm still owed and that's the honest truth. Again please follow your own rules and policies regarding fainess and Pay Me whats owed . I will be getting ahold of my bank to find out about this so called dispute its claimed I made and will submit any evidence to support what they claim is false and the fact is they just don't want to pay . Hopefully we can settle this matter here to avoid a lawsuit . I will be seeking legal advise if not resolved.

I've reviewed your account and in fact, you've been treated more than fairly. I'll explain:

Your deposit which led to your winnings was made on February 15...

We issued two payments:

March 17th, 2022 Paid $2030 (0.04949899 ) + $40 Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #132847735
April 20st, 2022 Paid $2460 (0.05857579) + $40 Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #133689109

After making those two payments, we received a disputed charge (chargeback) for your deposit.

So, while you are thinking we've been unfair, you've actually received nearly $4500 which you were not entitled to, as your deposit was charged back.

I also need to point out that your account has been closed.

I have forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management to support the accuracy of my statements.
