Back and forth on delayed payment and trying to make me re verify

When I initially made my withdrawal request for Bitcoin as a VIP 3 member, I was told 5 days. Then 7, 7 was today and still nothing.

Then they said they would escalate the issue so I left it alone because they told me to check back next Monday.

Well now they want me to severity. Going in circles to avoid paying me the $400 is why it seems like.

Not sure why I’d have to revering all of a sudden. Then when I messaged them and complained the verification notice disappeared.

Now it’s being said that I have play through to complete all of a sudden when none of the other 5 reps told me this at first and my account said zero play through when I requested and for the past 2 weeks up until today . As well as oh the ID expired last year but I’ve deposited thousands this year and made withdrawals now all of a sudden there is a problem.
