Hello!
I requested a cashout of 100 dollars on 11/28 and it was approved for withdraw via bitcoin on 12/4. I have not yet received it. Also I have an 800 request pending from 12/4 that has yet to be approved. Hoping to receive these funds by Christmas. I also have a third withdraw pending but this is more recent so I am not complaining about this one. Thanks!

Hello Tawni,
I did not receive your email however I have submitted my utility bill, multiple copies of new cards and updated credit auths over the last two weeks. I am attaching a screenshot of an email I received on 12/20 indicating that my account is fully up to date. Please review my account again and let me know what is needed. I am truly hoping to get these funds soon as it has been nearly a month.
