Avoiding my withdraw

I have been requesting my withdrawal since 9-10-19 everytime I ask them the status it's a different excuse. Noone will give me as direct answer they keep telling me to check back in 7 days days I do,then its check back tomorrow i do... they are sending me on a wild goose chase. Very crappy. They had no problem taking the money from my account. This is the first withdrawal I have tried to do and it has been HELL!!
