Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Slots of Vegas Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I just noticed that I gave the wrong date that your $11 was refunded. The correct date that the refund was completed was 6/15.
I apologize for the error,
Tawni
I've reviewed your account and there are a couple bits to go over with you...
ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES
13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.
--
This term is important, as your withdrawal was denied due to the fact that you used multiple free chips in a row. This goes against our terms and conditions:
NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)
4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
--
You used three free chips in a row (you built your withdrawal using the third free chip). You did not make a single real money deposit until AFTER you built your withdrawal. Once you built the funds for the withdrawal, it was only then that you made the $11 real money deposit. The $11 deposit does not negate the fact that you had already breached the terms and conditions regarding free chips. As a result, your $11 was refunded to your wallet on 6/26 and the winnings in your account were voided.
I've forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
