So I deposited money for a bonus. I received the bonus and played and won over $3000. They told me I needed to verify my account, so I verified my account. Which took a while, but once verified, then they said, "I was approved for my withdrawal." I contacted them days later to see what was going on. They said it was approved still, but it would take a few days. So a few days later, I contacted them again to see what was going on, and they said it was denied because I never made the $30 payment so I shouldn't have received the bonus so they aren't giving me my winnings. I could not get my statement until after the 5th of the following month, but regardless, I made the payment, and if I hadn't, they wouldn't have let me play. Otherwise, everyone would submit a payment and play for free. Not just that had I not won they wouldn't have said anything and if they actually hadn't takin payment they definitely would have kept trying till it went through so either way it was an excuse to not pay someone who needs it. I have submitted my proof. They also closed out my act and refused to respond to any emails or attempts to resolve this matter. And because of that, I do not know my username or some of my info. I never had problems logging in until now. Please help me right this I have read through their terms and conditions and I do not have to do anything more to receive my winnings. I truly look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time.

I do apologize, as I read the wrong information relating to the credit card involved. The card you used for the transaction was your MasterCard ending #4452.

I want to make this emphatically clear: No one is lying to you or 'making stuff up.' Your deposit was not honored by your bank and in cases such as this, our Fraud Department will immediately close a player's account. If you are able to provide proof that the deposit was indeed honored by your bank, your account will be re-opened and your withdrawal will be approved and paid.

Please let me know if you're able to provide this proof. In the meantime, I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management which will show what I've stated is accurate.

And I would ask that I am givin access to my account because I do not own any account with those numbers so they are making stuff up now. You excepted my complaint and tell me to cooperate with them yet I have asked for access to my account, the account in question and have not been givin that access. And now we are going into weeks over this when it should have never even gone this far. So again I am requesting access to my account and if they are going to continue to deny it I would kindly ask they be required to pay. Or show the proof of the account submitted to them with those last 4 numbers as I have had to show proof and have cooperated thus far. The cards for my banks I would have used are as follows and I would have no other cards therefore those numbers they gave are 100% false. I truly do not appreciate the games being played by Slots Of Vegas, and for such a small amount. If I am to cooperate then I would expect the same out of them. Show proof and give me access to my account show proof of my information because that was a flat out lie. Not good practices on their part.
