Another Delayed Withdrawal Approval


Hello,

I really didn’t want to leave another complaint but unfortunately this seems to be the only way that I get anyone’s attention about my delayed withdrawal requests.

I’ve reached out to the customer support team who said they have “escalated” my request, but days have gone by with nothing happening. So, can someone here please advise when I’ll receive approval on my $2,500 withdrawal request?

It’s been two weeks since I’ve submitted it and it still shows pending.
