10/2 sent all info requested is...
Copies of credit card, debit card, proof of address, license. Then an email requesting Hoo Yu verification.
10/3 given case# 5119668
10/4 Finished HooYu application
10/21 Customer service rep said this matter was expedited.
10/28 Another delay. was told to follow up this Saturday.
Should not take a month plus to receive payment. This company needs a more streamlined process my like giving is a representative to contact. Dividing their customers into groups and the 1 rep handles the process from beginning to end. This is absolutely ridiculous. They take your money no problem but sure as hell hate to part with it if there is a win.
