This month ( on March) I finally got lucky and won .
I followed the rules and met the bonus terms. My total win = $4969.
I made the first withdrawal from the cashier and waited to be paid.
I received the following auto email :

Since I didn't receive any respond back , I contacted them again via email and received the following email :

I sent again my documents and kept waiting for their investigation to be over but they did not reply back to me and actually ignoring me until now.
The strange part of this casino is that as long as I was losing my money they were happy and accepted me as their VERIFIED PLAYER
but as soon as I had my first win they locked my account and ignoring my messages to know when I will be paid.
ARE THEY CHEATING AND SHOULD BE IN BLACK LISTED CASINOS ???
I do hope you can help my case for me to be paid with my winnings.
