Unjustified restrictions of available payment methods


The FAQ on Slots.LV show

"What withdrawal methods can I use?
Withdrawals can be requested via Check by Courier, Bank Wire and Credit Card and Bitcoin in both the US and Canada."

But when I try tto withdraw money from my account, the only options available are Bitcoin and Check by Courier!!! I thought that's frustrating but oh well I will just do a check by courier and it will take a little extra time. So I click check by courier and they show the total to be withdrawn from my account plus a $75 check by courier fee!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that a joke?? So you don't offer the two options of Bank Wire and Credit/Debit Card withdraw, which are probably the most preferred, and now you want to charge me $75 fee to get MY MONEY OUT!

I started playing on this based on reviews on other websites on how quick the payout timeframe was! I GUESS THEY FORGOT TO MENTION that to take out your money, you have to pay!

Total scam and should be added to list of onlione casinos to avoid!.

Slots.LV called Friday and I wasn't able to answer. But called back on Saturday and we spoke about the situation. The customer service rep said that their policy in regards to the different withdraw methods and associated fees were as I previously posted. But the rep had reviewed the transcripts from my IM chat with their customer service and said that I was misinformed about being eligible for a free withdraw, so she credited my account $75 with a one time playthrough. I said thank you and i guess i will play through the $75 and hope to have at least $75 left so that it covers my fee and we hung up. She called back and said that she was able to waiver the playthrough and the $75 credit was immediately available to withdraw. So I cancelled my withdraw and immediately submitted another withdraw with the $75 included in the withdraw amount.

I don't know how to edit a post. The original withdraw amount was $350.

But after talking with the customer service, they admitted that the FAQ is in fact NOT ACCURATE!!!!! What the FAQ should read is "You get 1 free withdraw per month after you reach level 8" !! So everyone from Level 1-7 has to pay $75 to withdraw! Also, all 4 withdraw methods are not available to everyone. You must be a certain level to be able to withdraw via bank wire and credit/debit card.

The customer rep kept saying the 4 withdraw options are available to all players, to which I said apparently they are not available to all players. And she finally admitted that I was right and not all options are available to all players.

To me, they have deceived and defrauded players by showing one thing online to entice people to join and play. Then locking them into not getting their money out unless you spend a lot of money and time on their site or you have to pay $$ for YOUR MONEY!!

Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds

I have cooperated fully and repeatedly. At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance because Slots.lv has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or resolution despite multiple submissions and multiple follow‑ups over several weeks.
