Unjustified account closure, giving me the runaround with withdrawal

I have been playing at slots.lv for a few months and probably down a couple thousand. I deposit a couple times a week with some deposit bonuses and I am always well aware of the terms and make sure and play by them. I am also bitcoin exclusive so I only deposit that way

Last week I had some luck and competed the play through and had about $1500 in my account. I requested a withdraw of $1000 and played with the rest. The $1000 Was successfully credited to my bitcoin account the next day. I continued to play and went on another nice run and ended up with over $2500 in my account. I then submitted for a $2000 withdraw and continued to play.

The next day I went to log in and was given and error that said account disabled please contact customer service. I contacted me and they told me it was just in review and would be active again within 24-48 hours. I contacted them again after that time and was then told a different story and that I needed to send in my id and a selfie even though they had already paid me out without that since I am bitcoin exclusive. I have done that and am awaiting a response. I believe I am just getting the run around so they can find a way to not let me keep my winnings. Is there anything that can be done in this case?

I took care of t issue with the other site in their network and they have opened my account back up. Hopefully I am able to withdraw and everything is smooth going forward. As of now this issue is resolved. Thank you for all the work your platform does.

I finally spoke with a rep form slots lv and this time I was informed there was an issue with an account from one of their partner sites and I need to resolve that before they will activate my account again, super frustrated that it took them 4 days to tell me a 3rd reason. I have reached out to this sister site and am awaiting a reply. Will update when I hear back.

Side note, I actually have $3,750 total in my locked account $2,000 was just the amount I had requested to withdraw next.

Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds

I have cooperated fully and repeatedly. At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance because Slots.lv has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or resolution despite multiple submissions and multiple follow‑ups over several weeks.
