No 3X multiplier on A night with Cleo bonus round

On October 26 I answered several of the free spins bonus round which provide 15 free spins with a three times multiplier when you receive three of the bonus symbols while playing. None of my winnings for 70% of my winnings were only given the regular winning Amount, Not three times as the rules state they would while within the bonus round. This non-multiplying of my Bonus round winning Rios went on all day on October 26 and Minnie bonus round previous to October 26.

I reported this issue and since October 26 slots that LV continued to drop the ball. My original ticket was in properly closed and was told to be posted on Casino logs showing that I had been properly paid out on a winning real that was not even within the bonus rounds. I thought that maybe this Miscommunication Happened on my end when providing maybe the wrong game play time but no, Sluts that LV simply did not read my email or listen to me actively telling them that the game error was within the free bonus round only.

Finally after about a week and a half another ticket has been reopened yet when requesting to speak to a supervisor for requesting to know the status of the escalation I have been told 24 to 48 hours since November 1. During one of the 5 to 10 phone calls that I have made over the phone customer service line I was told that the issue have been in fact escalated to the technical team who would be able to go in and see every spin in the free around and probably make the adjustments and to allow another 24 to 48 hours.

I only provided slots that LV three or four of the bigger amount and glitches with in the bonus round however many or most of the free spins provided while within the bonus round of a mate with Cleo have not provided me the three times multiplier while within the bonus round around a 70% ratio the winnings only receive the standard winning 1X. I had a similar issue with slats that LV regarding a Bitcoin Withdrawal that did not reach me and or west returned to them on two different occasions in which they were not able to figure out what happened but they were able to provide a customer service compensation for the issue at hand after a supervisor was contacted.

This was my home for this issue however I have been lied to about 815 at the latest so I can Department in certain supervisors and this is unacceptable. Again please note that my complaint is only for the game night with Cleo and only for any winnings win in the bonus round from October 26, 2021 and before that date.

I have since deposited with flustered LV and garden in to the bonus round on a night with Cleo This month November 2021 and receive the proper three times multiplier on every single winning real or Spin while within the bonus rounds. It seems as if they have fix their games glitch while within the bonus round but have not addressed the issue of the college of the game while i had the issue. Please excuse any typos or grammatical errors in this essay as I am using text to type as this is too much and my 100 time explaining this issue in vague or detail since October 26. Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds

I have cooperated fully and repeatedly. At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance because Slots.lv has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or resolution despite multiple submissions and multiple follow‑ups over several weeks.
