They’re supposed to give me $1000 refund credit back to my credit card. It’s been over 10 business days and I still haven’t received anything from them. Attached is the message they told me they’ll refund the credit. I sent an email to custom service and no one responded.
I’m not sure who to reach out to get my money back. I also notified the credit card company that the transaction is voided.

I talked to my credit card company, they said they never received the refund from you guys on their end. Anyways, I just got my money back. If I didn’t contact my credit card company or sent out sooooo many emails to you guys, I wouldn’t have gotten my money. I still recommend anybody try to stay away from this website. It’s really hard to get money from them.

After escalating the transaction to our provider for review. The payment was processed during November, however, despite the transaction clearing on our end, it looks to have failed between the provider and institution of which you bank with.
