I used a welcome bonus SLOTS22 and gambled about $5000. I did my playthrough and still had about $500.
The max withdraw is $125 so I submitted my withdraw of $125. I sent all my documents to verification@slots.lv my ID and everything required. I then get an email my withdraw request is denied and my account has been closed for no reason!
I feel I've been scammed big time I clearly did everything required and was denied payment and closed my account. So wrong of this site. Please help.

First of all neither of slots.lv accusations are true. I only have ONE account and no one else in my household has a slots.lv account. Someone did sign up using my information which I notified slots.lv immediately of the person's account. Slots.lv customer service helped me close the account and I provided them with all of my identification documents.
Second, i did not violate ANY terms for the bonus i used. I entered the bonus SLOTS22 which gave me $22 free play. I then mostly played a night with Cleo slot game and in total gambled over $5,000. I successfully completed my play through and had about $500. The max cash out for that bonus is $125 which is fine however when I proceeded to withdraw the $125 after sending in all the documents they asked, they then proceeded to close my account.
I did not violate the bonus or multiple accounts terms and conditions and slots.lv owes me $125. I do not see why they are making a big deal about this although they do it to a lot of people according to reviews online. If they would just treat me fairly and pay me what they owe me I would have no problem depositing and spending money on their site.
