Credit of $1,925 never received to my account
I won several thousand in September I played back most of it. I requested a check for $2,000 be sent to me. When I received it and attempted to deposit it into my account it was not able to be immediately deposited. The bank sent it to their accounting department to process several weeks went by and I received the bank check from my bank stating they were not able to process it. I contacted slots LV on October 15th asking for a stop payment and to credit my account. I had since discovered how to withdraw using Bitcoin and would be proceeding that way.
They let me know no problem it would be 10 to 15 business days and I would see the credit to my account. Friday this past Friday was the 15th business day I contacted them at customer support and they acted like they didn't know anything about anything. They stated to me they would escalate the matter and I would be receiving an email in 24 to 48 hours. I have not been contacted and I have not been credited at this point in time. They owe me $1,925 at this point. I don't know what else to do so I'm reaching out hopefully this place will be able to help me.
